2. How We Use Your Data

TrillieS+ uses your sleep, stress, and activity data to:

  • Analyze trends and data to offer tailored recommendations for better sleep and stress management.
  • Enhance Health Predictions using Trillie’s proprietary causal AI framework to refine insights into your sleep, stress, and overall well-being.
  • Improve TrillieS+ Services through aggregated, anonymized data to enhance AI-driven recommendations.
  • Enable TrillieS+ Data Syncing (if applicable) to integrate health data from multiple wearables.
  • Send Notifications & Reminders for personalized sleep, stress, and activity recommendations.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

Trillie does not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share fully anonymized data in the following circumstances:
